Responsible for Website Development & Management of Company Websites. Fully Custom Coded
Websites in Next.js, Node.js & other Technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Website Development- Design, Develop & Maintain Websites with Custom Code & Design
based on Latest Designs & Functionality in Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, Gsap, Framer Motion.
Website Aesthetics- Develop Hi-Quality Websites with Modern, Visually appealing, and user-
friendly interfaces by following the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Convert Figma
designs into pixel-perfect, responsive applications and collaborate with Graphic Designers,
SEO Specialists, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless Digital Experiences to Customers.
¢ Speed, Performance & Troubleshooting: Optimize Next.js & Node.js websites for fast loading,
high performance, responsive design, and quick resolution of critical bugs and production issues.

¢ Maintenance, Updates & Backup - Regularly maintain Next.js websites & Node.js APIs, including
dependency &N Security updates, application health checks, database maintenance & backup
¢ Achieve TOP Ranking for Website- Work closely with the SEO team to implement Technical
SEO best practices, optimize Core Web Vitals, improve website performance, implement
structured data, and support higher search engine rankings for product and service pages.
¢ API & Code Quality: Develop and maintain secure, scalable Node.js APIs while following
coding standards, best practices, and clean code principles.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION-
¢ BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BSc. (IT) or any related Degree.
¢ Website Development Course from a reputed Institute is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS-
¢ Min. 2-4 yrs. of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development in Next.js, React.js & Node.js.
¢ Strong experience in Next.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind Css, and responsive web
development.

¢ Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, authentication, and backend development.
¢ Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design, queries,
joins, and optimization.
¢ Experience with Git, API integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintaining scalable
web applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS-
Frontend Skills

Strong proficiency in Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Hooks, Context API, Axios, Fetch API, REST API, and
reusable components.

¢ VPS & Server Management: Hands-on experience in managing VPS/Cloud servers and VPN-
based environments, including server configuration, deployment, application hosting, SSL,

¢ Live Application Management: Experience handling live Next.js, Node.js, and SQL
applications, including deployments, server monitoring, backups, troubleshooting,
performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
¢ Image & Media Management: Hands-on experience with Cloudinary for image upload,
storage, optimization, transformation, and delivery, along with AWS S3 for secure image/file
storage and management.
