Website UI/UX Designer

You will design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences across World, World Foundation, and Tools for Humanity, focusing primarily on websites and occasionally on product surfaces. You will create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; simplify complex concepts; collaborate with marketing, content, brand, and development partners; contribute to design systems; use analytics and user insights to improve experiences; and manage projects from concept through launch and QA.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve high-traffic websites across multiple brands
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Translate messaging into effective user journeys and digital experiences
• Partner with developers through design handoff and QA
• Simplify complex identity, crypto, and AI concepts into approachable interfaces
• Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns
• Use analytics, user behavior, and A/B testing to improve usability
• Manage multiple workstreams from concept to launch
• Define and evolve UI/UX design practices within marketing

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of website UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution
• Experience designing high-traffic websites
• Understanding of responsive design, interaction patterns, and usability
• Strong visual design skills
• Experience across marketing and product surfaces
• Expertise in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows
• Comfort collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Experience using analytics and user insights to guide design decisions
• US work authorization
