We are looking for a passionate and driven Wedding Sales Manager to join our team in Rutland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and events, who thrives on creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all wedding enquiries, conducting show rounds, and converting leads into bookings
- Building strong relationships with couples to understand their vision and requirements
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to the wedding day
- Working closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and increasing wedding bookings
- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity

- Proven experience in wedding sales or event sales within a hospitality or venue setting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings when required
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales
