Our current opening for a Fulfillment Associate (picking & packing) is a permanent position with the schedule of Sundays, 7am-3:30. This position is based in Elk Grove Village, IL. Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
Responsibilities and Duties
Joining our fulfillment center team means you will be trained in a variety of areas including (but not limited to):
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse software
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment
- Conduct cycle counts, audits and inventory moves using a handheld device
- Process orders in a timely manner
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) as needed
- Understand the day-to-day warehouse operations, logistics, systems and processes in order to meet shipping deadlines
- Ability to pivot and change tasks pending business needs
