Weekend Maintenance Assistant
Summary
Performs routine maintenance, cleaning, and apartment turnover tasks to keep senior-living facilities in good condition for residents.
Complete routine maintenance work orders as assigned
Assist with apartment turnovers and move in preparations
Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
Help maintain building grounds, common areas and equipment
Operate carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning equipment
Deep clean apartments, common and resident spaces as needed
Clean furniture, walls, baseboards, vent and other surfaces beyond routine housekeeping
Assist with floor care projects
Help prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Help cover housekeeping when necessary
