Do you love working with children, creating memorable experiences, and bringing energy to every celebration? Kidology is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and outgoing Party Hosts to help families celebrate birthdays and special occasions in our exciting indoor Playspace!

As a Party Host, you'll be the friendly face that helps create a stress-free, fun-filled experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until the last balloon is packed away.

What You'll Do

• Welcome party families and arrive early to prepare the Playspace for their celebration.
• Ensure the Playspace is clean, organized, and party-ready before guests arrive.
• Set up children's seating areas based on the party size.
• Assist parents with decorating, arranging food, gifts, and other party essentials.
• Ensure all participating families have completed the required Playspace waiver before entering the play area.
• Remain available throughout the party, regularly checking in with the hosting family to provide exceptional customer service.
• Supervise the Playspace to help maintain a safe environment and monitor equipment usage.
• Engage with children through interactive activities such as bubbles, music, games, and imaginative play.
• Help keep parties running smoothly and ensure the reserved party space is vacated on time.
• Clean and reset the party area after each event by disposing of trash, organizing toys, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the space for the next celebration.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with children of all ages and their families.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience working with children, hosting events, childcare, recreation, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, lift, reach, and move throughout the Playspace.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in an active, child-focused environment.
