What You’ll Do as a Weekend Residential DSP

As a Residential DSP, you’ll help adults in our Residential Homes enjoy meaningful weekends filled with routine, independence, and fun.

Your weekend might include:

• Supporting personal care needs (eating, bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Meal prep — or cooking together!
• Light housekeeping
• Medication administration & medical support
• Fun community outings, errands, activities, and day trips
• Encouraging confidence, life skills, and connection

This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others make the most of their days.

You are someone who:

What You’ll Need to Join the Team:

• High School Diploma or GED – required
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license – and keep it valid while employed
• 1 year of direct care experience – required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Up-to-date Criminal Background Checks (Don't worry we will help get these for you)
• Pre-Employment Physical & TB Test
