Weekend Trainer Assist (Saturday AM only)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and assist in implementing the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
- Assist in the preparation and upkeeping of teaching resources, arrangement, and learning environment of the classroom.
- Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
- Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
- Ensure safety of children within the premises
- Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to commit to working on every Sat (8am - 2.30pm)
- Experience in working with young children will be an advantage
- Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
- Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
- Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition
- Excellent communication and classroom management skill
