ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Warehouse Team as a Weekend Warehouse Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You will support the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse activities and, in their absence, take responsibility for ensuring operations continue to run smoothly, safely and efficiently. Working alongside the warehouse team, you will help ensure products, accessories and spare parts are accurately picked, packed and dispatched to deliver a first-class service to our customers. You will play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining productivity, and ensuring operational standards are consistently achieved. Success in this role will come from your ability to lead by example, support your team in achieving operational targets, and maintain the high standards of safety, quality and customer service that Numatic is known for.

- Experience supporting, supervising or leading a team.
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attendance, punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Oracle or a similar Warehouse Management System would be advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
- Willing to learn, or already have a FLT license
