1. Proficient in operating EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), EASM (External Attack Surface Management), and IASM (Identity Attack Surface Management) solutions, with the ability to perform in-depth analysis of security alerts.
2. Conduct incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to assist clients in alert remediation. Responsible for reconstructing attack paths and authoring high-quality investigation reports.
3. Provide incident analysis recommendations for assigned projects and lead the creation and delivery of product incident reports.
4. Deliver on-site analysis services and technical training for clients. Address technical inquiries and security incident concerns from partners and customers via the service platform.

4. 顧問與技術支援：執行客戶到場 (On-site) 分析服務與教育訓練，並透過服務平台回覆合作夥伴及客戶技術及資安事件問題。
