Welcome Host

We are recruiting for a Welcome Host to join our brand-new workplace experience team supporting a “big 4” professional services firm in their new state-of-the-art offices in the heart of Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys creating exceptional workplace experiences, building relationships, and delivering outstanding service in a premium corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for employees and visitors across allocated office floors.
• Conduct regular floor walks, ensuring workspaces remain clean, organised, and fully operational.
• Provide support with lockers, meeting rooms, desk spaces, stationery, printers, and audio-visual equipment.
• Resolve day-to-day workplace issues and coordinate with Facilities, IT, Security, Cleaning, and Hospitality teams.
• Support new starters and colleagues during office relocations and workplace changes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and proactively respond to their needs.
• Manage meeting room bookings, setup requirements, catering requests, and room readiness.
• Monitor meeting room standards, replenish supplies, and report technical or maintenance issues.
• Assist with service reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts are 8am-4:30pm & 9:30am-6pm, Mon-Fri. Flexibility to work evenings to cover events is required.

Salary: €34,000 per annum

• Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, customer service, workplace experience, or a corporate support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, professional, and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
