Key Responsibilities:
- ✈️ Oversee travel, flights, visas, and permits
- 🏨 Manage staff and guest accommodation arrangements
- 👥 Lead, coach, and organize the Welcome team
- 🤝 Liaise with authorities, hotels, and airlines
- 📞 Supervise 24/7 hotline and event logistics
Requirements:
- 🎓 Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or Logistics
- 📈 6+ years of relevant experience
- 🗣 Fluent English & local languages (French is a plus)
- 💻 Strong MS Office (Excel) & Power BI skills
