Welder - 2nd Shift - $3/hour Shift Premium!

QuikCut, LLC is expanding and seeking experienced Welder/Fitters for our Fort Wayne location. Our welders are responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling metal components in accordance with detailed blueprints and project specifications. This position requires precision craftsmanship, strong blueprint reading skill, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform welding operations using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.)
• Fit and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
