  • Assist with marine salvage operations, including cutting, rigging, lifting, and structural recovery tasks.
  • Work safely and effectively in challenging environments, including on the water on crane barges, docks, and offshore job sites.
  • Operate and maintain welding, burning, and cutting equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate closely with team members during heavy lift, dive, and salvage operations.
  • Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and maritime regulations.
  • Participate in the setup, mobilization, and demobilization of gear and work platforms for each project.
  • Support other departments when necessary, including general maintenance and field fabrication tasks.

  • Valid driver’s license
  • TWIC (or ability to obtain)

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather and marine conditions.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background screening.

  • Experience in working in the marine industry to include marine construction, vessel recovery, and wreck removal.
  • AWS or equivalent welding certs a plus (not required)
