Delta Fabricating is looking for a skilled Welder to join our growing team in Glencoe, MN. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a team where your skills matter, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll work on a variety of sheet metal fabrications, enclosures, and component parts, using your welding and fabrication skills to produce quality finished products.

What You’ll Do

• Read and understand component part drawings and welding specifications
• Weld and grind different gauges and types of steel
• Produce quality welds while maintaining efficient production
• Operate torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and other fabrication tools
• Inspect your work and identify potential quality concerns
• Ensure completed parts are properly marked
• Work safely while maintaining a clean and productive work environment
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand drawings or willingness to learn
• Stainless-steel welding experience is highly valued
• MIG welding experience is a plus
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable, safety-focused, and quality-minded

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
