We are seeking apprentices and skilled Welders / Ironworkers

What You’ll Do

• Learn and perform welding and ironworking tasks (training provided)
• Assist with fabricating, installing, and assembling steel and metal structures
• Use hand and power tools to cut, grind, and prepare materials
• Work outdoors on active job sites
• Work at heights at times — including walking beams and elevated structures
• Follow safety procedures while working in demanding and sometimes risky environments
• Support your crew and develop real, hands-on trade skills

Experience

• No experience required — we are willing to train the right people
• Construction, welding, or ironworking experience is a plus, not a requirement
• We will pay for training and certifications as needed.
