Welder-MIG/TIG Set Up-Run 1st shift

General Job Summary:

In addition to performing all phases of the TIG weld function, sets-up machinery, tools and parts for job completion.

• Understands and follows all applicable safety policies and procedures.
• Refers to production Manufacturing Process Control Document (MPCD) for job specifics.
• Sets up and runs jobs as required.
• Resolves problems with job as required.
• Assists in the resolution of production, quality, and engineering issues.
• Ensures machines are maintained per safety and quality standards.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by supervisor/ manager.
