At our growing manufacturing facility, you'll work alongside a skilled team producing components that meet the highest quality standards. Every weld matters, and every team member makes an impact.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, clean, and fabricate components for production
• ? Perform high-quality welds in multiple positions
• Read drawings, build lists, and work instructions
• ? Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
• Work with a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Keep your work area organized and production moving efficiently

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
• Can read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Takes pride in producing quality work the first time
• Pays close attention to detail
• Is dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys working as part of a team
