Welding Fabricator Technician

Summary

Fabricate, weld, and assemble custom steel components for environmental processing equipment, interpreting blueprints and working with engineers to build specialized prototypes.

Build More Than Steel. Build Solutions That Matter.

At Merrell Bros., fabrication isn't repetitive production work. Every day presents a new challenge as our team designs and builds specialized environmental processing equipment used throughout North America. From innovative pelletization systems and high-pressure pumping solutions to custom process equipment that has never been built before, you'll work alongside talented engineers, designers, and fellow craftsmen to transform ideas into reality.

We're looking for skilled fabricators who take pride in precision, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to leave their fingerprint on projects that make a meaningful impact on the environment. If you're someone who enjoys creating, improving, and building things the right way—not just the easy way—you'll fit right in.

Reporting to the Fabrication Department Manager, you'll help manufacture custom equipment while embodying the Merrell Bros. Core Values of Integrity Driven, Commitment to Excellence, Stewardship, Intentional Customer Service, and always choosing to Try Harder.
