The Welding Machine Maintenance Team Member at TOYOTETSU TEXAS (TTTX) is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of welding machinery within the manufacturing facility. This role involves conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency. The team member will work collaboratively with other maintenance professionals to uphold safety standards and improve machine functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on welding machines to ensure their optimal operation and longevity.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with welding equipment to identify and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct repairs and replace defective parts to restore equipment functionality promptly.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

• Assist in the installation and testing of new welding machinery and equipment.
