Summary
Provide direct care and develop wellness programs for residents in a residential care home, working 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
Location: Sembawang
Working Hours: 12 hours shift - 4 days a week (weekend & weekdays rotate)
- Day Duty 7.30am to 7.30pm
- Night Duty 7.30pm to 7.30am
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the care of residents
- Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
- Put up monthly interview records for residents
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises
Job Requirements
- Diploma in psychology , social work , counselling or relevant field
- Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends
- Training provided
