The Welfare Officer will be responsible for ensuring employee welfare, statutory compliance, and smooth administration of employee-related services. The role includes managing canteen operations, overseeing time office activities, and acting as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a healthy and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee canteen operations, including vendor coordination, hygiene standards, and employee satisfaction
• Handle time office operations, including attendance, shifts, leave records, and coordination with payroll
• Address employee welfare issues and grievances in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities (labor department, inspectors, etc.)
• Support HR in audits, inspections, and statutory documentation
• Promote a safe, healthy, and engaged workplace culture
• Maintain accurate records related to welfare activities and employee data

Education Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW) – Mandatory

Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience as a Welfare Officer or in a similar role

Hands-on experience in:

• Canteen Management
• Time Office / Attendance Systems
• Employee Welfare and Statutory Compliance

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and welfare regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee concerns with empathy and discretion
• Good coordination and administrative skills
• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in manufacturing / industrial setup preferred

Candidates from Faridabad or nearby locations preferred
