Wellbeing Manager (Parental leave)

We’re looking for a Wellbeing Manager (Parental leave) to join our BeWix team. This isn't a traditional wellbeing role, and it isn't a traditional production role either. It's a hands-on role that combines both.

As part of the BeWix team, you'll create and deliver employee experiences that strengthen culture, connection and wellbeing across a global organization. You'll own projects end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and developing concepts to producing them on the ground, managing vendors, budgets and logistics, communication, measurement and continuous improvement.

You'll work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, production, operations and technology, using AI as a core part of your daily workflow.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Design and lead global wellbeing initiatives from concept to execution.
• Create meaningful employee experiences that align with business priorities and company culture.
• Partner with HR, leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful programs.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, timelines, budgets, logistics and vendor relationships.
• Write clear, engaging communications and presentations for different audiences.
• Use AI to research, brainstorm, automate workflows, accelerate execution and improve quality.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks and operational frameworks that make the team more efficient.
• Analyze results, gather feedback and continuously improve programs based on data and insights.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution- no task is too big or too small.

We’re looking for someone who’s creative, strategic, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Here’s what you’ll need:

• • 3–5+ years of experience in roles like employee experience, wellbeing, event productions.
• • proven track record of leading complex projects from start to finish
• • Experience managing budgets,vendors,and juggling multiple moving parts
• • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• • AI-native, curious and eager to experiment with new tools and technologies.
• • Experience in a fast-paced, global environment is a big plus
