Wellness Center Manager

About Onsite Health

Onsite Health is a growing movement and holistic wellness company with centres in Novena and Raffles Place. Our team is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and stay active through evidence-informed movement and holistic wellness services.

We are seeking an experienced Wellness Centre Manager to lead our team, support the continued growth of our centres, and help shape the future direction of our organisation.

This is a senior leadership position combining hands-on sessions, mentoring, team development, business growth, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead by example, deliver an exceptional client experience, and play a key role in developing both our people and our business.

This role is best suited to someone who is passionate about movement, holistic wellness, leadership, and continuous learning. We are looking for an individual who is committed to developing others, continually advancing their own expertise, and helping build a culture of excellence.

Please note: This is not a standard Monday-to-Friday position. Regular weekend work is required, and workdays and hours will vary based on the needs of the business. We are seeking someone who is highly flexible and adaptable, and who is looking to make a long-term commitment to growing both the team and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and ongoing development of the wellness centre.
  • Lead by example by delivering exceptional MSK, movement, and holistic wellness sessions using evidence-informed approaches.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire team members to continually elevate the quality of service and client experience.
  • Develop, implement, and refine systems, workflows, and SOPs to improve consistency and operational excellence.
  • Support onboarding, team development, performance growth, and accountability.
  • Drive client engagement, retention, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
  • Support the development of new holistic wellness programs and service offerings.
  • Source, evaluate, and implement high-quality continuing education opportunities for the team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional excellence.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to support the continued growth and success of the organisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working within a movement, or holistic wellness environment, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Advanced qualifications and expertise in wellness & movement, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing professionals.
  • Advanced education or professional development in movement patterns, functional movement, performance, or related fields.
  • Passion for lifelong learning and a commitment to staying current with emerging research and best practices.
  • Ability to source, evaluate, and lead ongoing education initiatives that support team growth and development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to contribute to business growth, operational improvement, and service development.
  • Comfortable working weekends as part of a regular schedule.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varying days and hours based on business needs.
  • Looking for a minimum three-year commitment to help build, develop, and strengthen our team and wellness centres.
