Wellness Centre Manager

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Massage & Wellness Centre.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.

2. Provide massage therapy services to customers as part of regular duties.

3. Manage customer appointments, staff schedules and manpower arrangements.

4. Supervise and guide staff to maintain good service standards and customer satisfaction.

5. Attend to customer enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.

6. Ensure the centre is clean, hygienic and well maintained at all times.

7. Handle daily sales records, stock monitoring and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in massage therapy.

Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
