Wellness Coach

JOB PURPOSE:

The Wellness Coach organizes and implements comprehensive programs and activities to support Endeavors principles of Wellness for a first responder wellness program. This position will utilize Endeavor’s wellness model which includes attention to the spiritual, economic, mind-body, knowledge, environmental, and connectedness needs of clients to coordinate and facilitate wellness services for the members of this Wellness Program and their family members. The goal of this position is to encourage clients to develop a habit of choosing wellness every day.
