We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented and commercially driven Wellness Consultant & Therapist to join our growing team. Job Summary

As a Wellness Consultant & Therapist, you will be the trusted guide throughout our clients' wellness journey. From the first consultation through treatment, follow-up and long-term care, you will help clients understand their needs, recommend appropriate programmes and deliver exceptional service that supports lasting results.

This is a unique role that combines wellness consultation, treatment delivery, relationship management and business development. Success in this role comes from genuinely caring for clients while confidently recommending solutions that improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Wellness Consultation & Business Development

  • Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' concerns, lifestyle and wellness goals.
  • Perform body composition, posture and wellness assessments where appropriate.
  • Recommend personalised treatment programmes and wellness plans based on each client's needs.
  • Convert enquiries and trial sessions into long-term treatment programmes through consultative recommendations.
  • Proactively follow up with enquiries, existing clients and inactive clients to support their wellness journey.
  • Build long-term client relationships that encourage renewals, referrals and repeat visits.
  • Achieve individual sales, conversion and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business through referrals, partnerships and community engagement.

Treatment Delivery

  • Deliver machine-based wellness, rehabilitation and body contouring treatments following company protocols.
  • Monitor clients' progress and recommend suitable treatment adjustments where appropriate.
  • Educate clients on lifestyle habits, movement and wellness practices that support better outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and client documentation.
  • Ensure treatments are delivered safely, professionally and consistently.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Create a welcoming, professional and caring environment for all clients.
  • Build trust through empathy, professionalism and excellent communication.
  • Handle client enquiries and concerns with confidence and care.
  • Support long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Operations

  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards and treatment protocols.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, administrative duties and daily centre operations when required.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, physiotherapy, aesthetics, fitness, beauty or consultative sales is preferred.
  • Passion for helping others achieve better health and wellbeing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in consultative selling with a customer-first approach.
  • Results-driven with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Comfortable using digital systems and following structured processes.
  • Willing to undergo comprehensive in-house training on our treatment protocols and equipment.
  • Able to work on weekends.
