Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Wellness Manager to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in KwaZulu-Natal.

This is an exciting opportunity for a wellness professional who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards across a luxury wellness environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day wellness operation while ensuring that guests receive professional, personalised and memorable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s wellness and spa facilities.
  
• Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently maintained.
  
• Manage and motivate the wellness team, creating a positive and professional working environment.
  
• Coordinate staff schedules, treatments and daily operational requirements.
  
• Ensure treatments and wellness experiences are delivered to the highest standards.
  
• Assist with the recruitment, training and development of wellness staff.
  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and cleanliness throughout the wellness facilities.
  
• Monitor stock levels and oversee the ordering of wellness and treatment products.
  
• Build strong relationships with guests and ensure their individual needs are met.
  
• Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  
• Assist with developing wellness programmes, treatments and guest experiences.
  
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Ensure all health, safety and operational procedures are adhered to.
  
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless overall guest experience.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Wellness Manager, Spa Manager or similar supervisory/management role.
  
• Experience within a luxury hotel, resort, spa or wellness environment is essential.
  
• Strong knowledge of spa and wellness operations.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• Professional and polished presentation.
  
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• A genuine passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction.
  

Package

• R12,000 – R20,000 per month
