Wellness Nurse - Assisted Living

As a Wellness Nurse position is to provide Person-Centered Care consistent with accepted standards and expectations of WellQuest Living and state regulations. The Wellness Nurse responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring resident health status, providing physical care, early diagnosis, and intervention of resident changes in health status. Wellness Nurses must communicate politely and effectively with family and primary physicians and perform all administrative charting or other services as required by regulations and company policy.
