Part-time Wellness Nurse-LPN

Winslow Gardens Assisted Living Facility is looking for a part-time LPN to join our team. This position is 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday from 2PM-6PM. Must have between 3-5 years of experience preferably in an Assisted Living setting.

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management. You will also assist in modifying treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of this facility.

Requirements/Education/Experience:

Must possess a current, active Rhode Island LPN license and must have a minimum of three-five years of experience in long term care preferably in an Assisted Living setting. Must have an active BLS.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $34.71-$36.71 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday-Friday 2PM-6PM
