What you will be doing:
- Taking care of our Wellness & Recreation guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the health club, gym, pool, and changing areas
- Ensuring safe use of gym equipment and monitor pool safety at all times
- Supervising pool area and enforcing safety rules and regulations
- Setting up and arranging pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas
- Providing towels, amenities, and assist guests with requests
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Assisting in emergency situations when required, following safety procedures
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Your experience and skills include:
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
- Certified in First Aid/CPR and Fitness.
- Working knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Well-groomed and a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to multitask and work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments.
