The Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking an experienced, results-driven Wellness Residences Division Manager to lead the strategic development, sales, revenue growth, and operational performance of our exclusive Wellness Residences. This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to build and grow a distinctive luxury residential business that combines exceptional accommodations, personalized service, and Amrit’s unique wellness lifestyle experience.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in luxury residences, luxury vacation rentals, residential leasing, private clubs, or extended-stay accommodations, along with a proven track record in business development, revenue management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the division’s business strategy, sales initiatives, and revenue-growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, rental revenue, profitability, and repeat business.
• Build strategic partnerships with luxury travel advisors, corporate clients, relocation specialists, wellness providers, and other high-value referral sources.
• Oversee the complete residence guest journey, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and exceptional luxury experience.
• Identify new markets, distribution channels, and ancillary revenue opportunities to support long-term growth.
• Establish operating standards, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate across resort departments to deliver operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

A commercially minded, hands-on leader with at least five years of progressive leadership experience in luxury residences, residential rentals, or a related field. The successful candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills, a demonstrated ability to generate business and build relationships, and the leadership capabilities to turn strategic vision into measurable results. Experience in residence rentals, luxury residential operations, or extended-stay business models is strongly preferred.
