What You'll Be Up To:

• Chatting with customers and helping them find the right wellness products

• Running the cash register and navigating tablets/tech like a pro

• Keeping the store looking fresh, stocked, and ready to impress

• Lifting, moving, kneeling, and squatting—we call it “paid exercise”

• Sharing product knowledge and making smart suggestions (hello, upsells!)

• Contributing to team goals and high-fiving when we hit them

• Opening and closing the store (like a boss)

• Joining lunch-and-learns (yep, free food + wellness education = winning)

• Attending the occasional fun community event to promote NHC

Why You’ll Love It Here:

• Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour

• RARE Bonus Program: Wellness Store Sales Associates are eligible for the RARE Bonus Program, which includes:

  • $500 bonus after successfully completing six months of employment.
  • Additional $250 performance bonus for new associates who reach the maximum threshold in each component of the Store Associate Scorecard.
