Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services for the Welpay platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement data storage solutions, ensuring data security and integrity. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth operation. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve the platform.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a backend developer, preferably in the fintech industry. Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Golang, Python, or Java. Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Understanding of security and data protection principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
