NewGen Administrative Services partners with healthcare organizations to deliver compassionate, person‑centered care. We're looking for a VP of Strategic Engagement to build C‑suite relationships with health systems, health plans, and community partners, driving market expansion across skilled nursing, behavioral health, assisted living, home health, and hospice. You'll be the connector between enterprise strategy and the local communities we serve.
What you'll do:

Cultivate and maintain executive‑level relationships with hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations, physician groups, and government agencies

Lead market development and identify new service line expansion opportunities across the Western Region

Partner with Regional Business Development Directors to remove referral barriers and mentor teams on executive relationship management

Collaborate with Network Development, Operations, Clinical, and Finance to align growth strategies and support payer engagement

Monitor market trends and competitive opportunities to recommend strategic initiatives that strengthen our position
What you bring:

Must have 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including 5+ years in executive business development, strategic partnerships, or managed care

Must have: Proven success developing C‑suite relationships and negotiating complex healthcare partnerships with hospitals, health systems, or health plans

Must have: Executive presence, exceptional public speaking, and the ability to serve as the organization's senior ambassador

Must have: Strategic planning and market analysis skills, with a track record of driving growth initiatives

Nice to have: Experience in skilled nursing, behavioral health, home health, or hospice settings

Nice to have: Multi‑state healthcare experience and a background supporting acquisitions or market expansion
