• Generate and convert leads from the domestic/local market.
  
• Promote WebGuruz's Social Media, Digital Marketing and related IT services.
  
• Identify potential businesses and decision-makers.
  
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospects.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant digital solutions.
  
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the relevant sales team.
  
• Handle objections and negotiate with prospects.
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion.
  
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
  
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and conversion targets.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
