Requirements

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
  
• Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant IT services.
  
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the relevant sales team.
  
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails and other communication channels.
  
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
  
• Handle basic objections and identify genuine business opportunities.
  
• Coordinate with Business Development and Sales teams.
  
• Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
  
• Work towards assigned lead-generation and conversion targets.
  
• Build professional relationships with prospects.
