Business Alliance Wholesale Commercial Manager
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Wholesale Commercial Manager for a Telecom Company in Jordan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the strategy and roadmap for all Wholesale business areas.
Manage roaming agreements with local and international mobile operators; including negotiations, routing, billing, settlements, collections, and reporting.
Manage relationships and business activities with local Internet Service Providers.
Manage fiber connectivity for the company’s and other operators’ mobile sites.
Manage the company’s Points of Presence (PoPs), including commercial and technical partnerships, leasing, connectivity, and billing.
Manage telecom consortium relationships to drive revenue and future expansion.
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with telecom companies globally.
Manage Bulk SMS services and service provider relationships.
Manage the company’s Jordan operations, including interconnect traffic and international wholesale circuits.
Oversee wholesale billing, settlements, cost structures, and agreements.
Lead financial analysis and feasibility studies for new opportunities.
Identify and develop new investments, strategic alliances, and revenue opportunities.
Evaluate team performance and develop employee capabilities.
Requirements
Strong experience in telecommunications wholesale, including interconnect, roaming, international carriers, and ISP relationships.
Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and revenue-growth plans.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and partnership-building skills.
Experience in fiber network, data center, and telecom infrastructure expansion projects.
Strong financial analysis skills, including billing, settlements, cost analysis, and feasibility studies.
Excellent business development and strategic planning skills.
Strong understanding of international telecom markets and wholesale business models.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Years of experience:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, with significant experience in wholesale, interconnect, roaming, or related commercial functions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
