Dealer and Corporate fleet assessment

• Financial analysis for Dealer and Corporate fleet credit assessment
• Customer Due Diligence
  • Verify the identity of customers using reliable and independent documents, data, or information, in accordance with applicable KYC and AML standards.
  • Identify and verify the beneficial owner(s) of corporate customers—i.e., the natural person(s) who ultimately owns or controls the customer—by using reliable and independent sources of relevant documentation and information.
• Prepare dealer/corporate fleet application and conduct LCC (Local Credit Committee) and submit application for BoM (Board of Management) meeting through communicating with global credit analysts
• Communicate with other department, dealers, corporate fleet customer and MBK for wholesale/corporate fleet financing
• Support ad-hoc request and analysis for the wholesale status and corporate fleet status.
• Validate wholesale product program and corporate fleet product program against GPD (Global Product Database)

Dealer / Corporate fleet monitoring

• Manage monitoring process of respective dealer/corporate fleet accounts\: Credit line utilization, ROT, WIA, Stock aging, WFS payment check
• Monitoring dealer/corporate fleet credit status and suggest action plan to solve trouble (Problem credit, Watch list)
• Manage dealer monitoring tool update and regularly report to management
• Manage action for dealer over line status and double financing monitoring through communicating with sales and dealers
• Ensure wholesale contract follow up through corporation with sales team

Vendor assessment

• Review the Financial statement of all vendors of MBFSK and provide the results of the assessment on a regular basis (local regulation)

Wholesale reporting

• Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting of wholesale credit to HQ and local government offices
• Perform factoring transaction report to FSS, CREFIA and disclose to MBFSK’s homepage.
• Perform wholesale credit line utilization report to KCIS.
  

Local Guideline and Policy Update and participated in region/global level IT project

• Manage MBFSK local Dealer and Corporate fleet rating model update based on global rating policy
• Involve in regional / global level wholesale and corporate fleet related project.
  

Support wholesale operations management

• Manage implementation of new wholesale products and campaigns
• Execute daily approval of wholesale transaction
• Support wholesale month-end and year-end closing

딜러 및 플릿기업 신용 평가

• 딜러 및 플릿 기업신용 평가를 위한 재무 분석
• 고객 실사
  • 적합한 증빙 문서, 데이터 또는 정보를 사용하여 해당 KYC 및 AML 기준에 따라 고객 신원을 확인.
  • 관련 문서와 정보를 활용하여 기업 고객의 실질적 소유자를 식별하고 검증. • 딜러/플릿기업의 심사 신청서를 준비하고, 본사 신용 분석가와 소통하여 LCC(Local Credit Committee) 및 BoM(글로벌 경영 위원회) 회의를 개최.
• 도매/플릿기업 금융을 위해 다른 부서, 딜러, 기업 차량 고객 및 MBK와 소통.
• 도매 및 플릿기업 상태에 대한 분석 • 도매 제품 프로그래밍 및 기업 플릿 제품 프로그래밍을 GPD(글로벌 제품 데이터베이스)와 비교해 검증.

딜러/기업 차량 모니터링

• 각 딜러/기업 차량 계정의 모니터링 절차 관리\: 신용 라인 이용률, ROT, WIA, 재고, WFS (Wholesale Financing System) 결제 조회.
• 딜러/플릿기업 신용 상태를 모니터링하고 문제 해결을 위한 행동 계획 제안. (문제 신용, 감시 목록) • 딜러 모니터링 도구 업데이트 및 정기적으로 경영진에게 보고. • 딜러 오버라인 상태 및 이중 금융 모니터링을 영업 및 딜러와의 소통을 통해 관리.
• 도매 계약 사후 관리를 위하여 Sales 팀과 협력.

공급업체 평가

• MBFSK 모든 공급업체의 재무제표를 검토하고 평가 결과를 정기적으로 제공. (현지 규정 준수)
  

Wholesale 현황 보고

• 본부 및 관련 정부 기관에 도매 신용관련 자료에 대한 정기 및 임시 보고 수행.
• KCIS에 도매 신용 라인 활용 보고서 수행.
  

내부 가이드라인 및 정책 업데이트, 내부 및 글로벌 Whoelsale 관련 프로젝트에 참여.

• Global rating policy를 기반으로 한 MBFSK 딜러 및 기업 rating model 업데이트 관리.
• 지역 및 글로벌 수준의 도매 및 기업 차량 관련 프로젝트에 참여.
  

Wholesale operation 관리 지원

• 새로운 도매 제품 및 캠페인의 실행 관리
• 도매 거래의 일일 승인 실행
• 도매 월말 및 연말 마감 지원 및 기타 업무 지원
