Working closely with regional Wholesale, Production and 3PL teams, you will help ensure stock is received, allocated and dispatched accurately and on time. You will also support seasonal set-up, delivery tracking, packaging and compliance reporting, and stock movements across global markets.

Responsibilities
As Wholesale Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing the arrival, receipt and allocation of stock across the Hong Kong and Italy 3PL warehouses.
- Arranging the release and prioritisation of customer orders for packing and dispatch.
- Monitoring allocation and delivery issues, and working with Production and 3PL teams to resolve them.
- Partnering with regional Wholesale teams to prioritise customer orders and provide updates on inbound shipments.
- Processing global stock adjustments, including carry-forward styles, and supporting seasonal stock movements between local warehouses.
- Assisting with bi-annual stocktakes and related investigations.
- Coordinating seasonal value-added service consumables and packaging, including stock-on-hand maintenance and distribution to regional 3PL warehouses.
- Cross-checking production status and completing seasonal sales order splits between the Hong Kong and Italy 3PL warehouses.
- Creating seasonal delivery trackers, providing shipping forecasts and monitoring stock arrivals against launch dates.
- Collating and sharing packaging and product compliance reports with regional teams.
Requirements
ZIMMERMANN is seeking a motivated and highly organised Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our global Wholesale team at our Sydney Head Office in Rosebery. This role supports the administration, coordination and dispatch of wholesale product across our Hong Kong and Italy third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.Working closely with regional Wholesale, Production and 3PL teams, you will help ensure stock is received, allocated and dispatched accurately and on time. You will also support seasonal set-up, delivery tracking, packaging and compliance reporting, and stock movements across global markets.

Benefits
To succeed in this position, you will bring:- Experience in wholesale operations, inventory coordination, logistics, supply chain or a related administrative role.
- Experience working with inventory or ERP systems; knowledge of AP21 will be highly regarded.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data, trackers and reporting.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- An analytical and solutions-focused approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills across regional and cross-functional teams.
