to work within our Wholesale Division
located at our Corporate Headquarters in
Farmingdale, NY
The Wholesale Division, also known as Long Island Appliance Wholesalers (LAW), sells major appliances to Appliance Dealers throughout the Northeastern USA.
This Inside Wholesale Sales Associate position includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service before, during and after the sale over the telephone and through email.
- Helping clientele select merchandise by explaining the features and benefits of each product.
- Offering “In Stock” alternatives to clientele on anything not in stock.
- Entering orders in our computerized Point of Sale system, including customer, product, pricing, delivery, order status and payment information. Follow up on open orders through completion.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clientele, and establishing relationships by expanding our clientele base.
- Identify each customer’s individual needs and find solutions within our assortment to help grow the business.
Monday - Friday
8:30 - 5:00 pm
Wholesale Sales Associates are paid on a $1,200 bi-weekly Draw vs Commission formula. Average earnings are between $44-80k per year.
