We are looking for an AP Testing Engineer to validate wireless product quality by designing/executing test plans, analyzing performance (speed, stability, security), troubleshooting issues using tools like spectrum analyzers, and automating tests, requiring skills in Python, 802.11 standards, and collaboration with firmware/hardware teams to ensure high-performance, reliable Wi-Fi solutions. .
What You’ll Do:
1. Based on PRD requirement to create & update detailed test plans, cases and execution
2. Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing on Access Points
3. Analyze network performance, diagnose connectivity issues, and troubleshoot complex problems
4. Work closely with firmware, hardware, and software teams to resolve bugs and improve quality

【Essential Requirements】
1. Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), TCP/IP, Wi-Fi protocols
2. Hands-on in a wireless functional testing , such as PMK,802.11k/v/r, Hotpots, MLO
3. Experiences with iperf / IxChariot, IxVeriWave performance test tool/equipment
4. Familiarity with Linux/embedded environments
5. Familiar with packet capture and analyze
6. Familiarity with QA methodologies and test management tools/testing servers
【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Experience on automation tools and scripting - Python preferred.
2. Experience on test Wi-Fi Mesh
3. Work on Pass WiFi certification
4. WiFi certificates - CWNA/CWNP
