Wind Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Wind Maintenance Technician to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance on wind turbines and ensuring their optimal performance. This role is crucial in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our wind energy operations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on wind turbines to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely. - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues as they arise. - Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant findings to management. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to wind turbine maintenance. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices. - Familiarity with wind turbine operations and maintenance procedures. - GWO certification is preferred. - Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
