Job Summary
- A Window & Door Install Foreman is responsible for window and door installation of a single job site under the guidance of the Install Project Manager and Production Manager. A foreman will perform installations with support from a Window & Door Install Assistant.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee single site job installation processes and homeowner satisfaction
- Provide flawless first time window and door installation in accordance with installation procedures.
- Daily review of scope of work and materials to ensure proper installation.
- Make necessary decisions about work site set up, workflow and proper installation techniques.
- Address installation concerns with the Field Technician or Production Manager.
- Provide direction, training, coaching and mentoring to an Installer and/or a Helper.
- Build and sustain positive homeowner relations and assist in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain a mindset of continual self-learning and development of skills.
- Adhere to proper safety techniques at all times while at work, on the job site and in company vehicles.
