NewBe an early applicantProvide advanced support for Windows infrastructure, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and enterprise services. Responsible for incident resolution, root cause analysis, and operational support.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file services.
- Handle server performance, patching, and upgrades.
- Support IIS, Remote Desktop Services, and PowerShell automation.
- Monitor infrastructure health and capacity.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
- Manage enterprise-scale Active Directory environments.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for critical incidents.
- Implement security hardening and compliance controls.
- Manage Windows Server upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
- Support Azure AD (Entra ID) and hybrid environments.
- Lead DR (Disaster Recovery) and Business Continuity planning.
- Administer and support virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Perform VM migrations using vMotion, Storage vMotion, and Live Migration.
- Troubleshoot virtualization-related issues including VM performance, storage, networking, and host failures.
- Coordinate with storage and backup teams for VM backup and recovery operations.
- Assist in virtualization infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects.
- Administer and support Windows Server workloads hosted on AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Manage EC2 instances, EBS volumes, AMIs, VPC connectivity, Security Groups, and AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
- Assist in cloud migrations, server provisioning, and workload modernization initiatives.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- BCA / MCA
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Computer Science or IT
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science may also be considered with relevant experience.
