Windows Server Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting Windows Server environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality L3 support and troubleshooting services. As a Windows Server Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our Windows servers and related systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. - Provide L3 support for server-related incidents, troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions. - Utilize PowerShell and scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency. - Oversee Active Directory management, including user account administration and group policy management. - Monitor and manage DNS, SCCM, and SCOM to ensure seamless operations and compliance with organizational standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system performance. - Document processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills: - Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting languages. - Strong experience in L3 support and incident management. - In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, SCCM, and SCOM. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
