Windows Support Engineer
Please note that this position requires a hybrid working model, with attendance at the Warsaw Hub for 1–2 days per week.
We are looking for a proactive L2/L3 Windows Operations Engineer to provide operational support for Windows Server environments hosted across on-premises and Cloud.
The role focuses on maintaining OS health, ensuring server availability, managing patching and monitoring, Life cycle management of servers, resolving incidents, and driving operational excellence through automation and documentation.

- Strong experience administering Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) environments.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, Windows Services, Event Logs, and Windows networking.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Arc, Azure Update Manager, SCCM, anitivirus, 3rd party application and security baselines to harden servers., SCOM, Netmon, and ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and Microsoft Azure.
- Awareness on VMware ESX, vCenter, or Hyper-V environments and operate server storage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator, Windows Server, and/or ITIL Foundation certifications are preferred.
