About the role

🚀 Windows Systems Administrator | Infrastructure Operations | Madrid/Málaga (Hybrid)

Would you like to be part of an international corporate environment managing critical Windows infrastructures? We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator with experience in the operation, support, and administration of Microsoft platforms to join a stable infrastructure operation and support service.

What you'll do

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of corporate Windows infrastructures, participating in both daily operations and incident resolution and continuous platform improvement.

• Administration and operation of Windows Server environments.
• Management of high-availability infrastructures and Windows clusters.
• Monitoring and preventive maintenance of platforms.
• Execution of health checks and configuration validation.
• Management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
• Support and administration of corporate services:
• Active Directory
• DNS
• DHCP
• Related Microsoft services
• Administration of HP ProLiant and Dell servers.
• Collaboration with international infrastructure teams.
• Participation in on-call duties and occasional interventions outside of hours when necessary.

What we're looking for

• Between 4 and 6 years of experience administering Windows environments.
• Experience with:
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• DNS
• DHCP
• Windows Clustering
• Incident resolution and advanced troubleshooting capability.
• Experience in operation and support of corporate infrastructures.
• English level B2 (written and spoken) to participate in meetings and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• PowerShell and automation.
• Bash or scripting.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Basic SQL.
• Integration via REST APIs.
• Experience in ITIL.
• Knowledge of networks.
• Experience in monitoring and observability.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure.

🗣️ B2 English level required (majority working language)

How you'll work

📍 Location: Preferably Madrid or Málaga

🏢 Modality: Hybrid (1 day on-site per week)

• Coverage via shifts:
• 07:00 - 15:00
• 08:00 - 17:00
• 10:00 - 19:00
• Periodic on-call duties (approximately once a month).
• Possible on-demand interventions outside of regular hours.
