  • Ensure systems management products meet security, supportability, and performance requirements
  • Own the end-user experience for internal client systems
  • Create, review, and maintain technical and operational support documentation
  • Provide engineering escalation support, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the team

Requirements

What you'll bring

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience
  • Deep technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, up to and including Windows 11 and Server 2022
  • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
  • Desktop/laptop/server hardware knowledge and management in an enterprise environment

  • Automation experience and PowerShell scripting skills
  • Experience designing technical solutions for complex business requirements
  • Ability to write technical/operational documentation (design docs, runbooks)

Nice to have

  • Windows and application patching/servicing experience
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS)
  • Knowledge of Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, GPO)
  • Experience with large-scale OS/software/patch deployment in globally distributed organizations
  • Familiarity with third-party management tools (e.g. AppSense, Splunk)

If you're looking to bring deep Windows engineering expertise into a global, enterprise-scale environment, we'd love to hear from you.
