Summary
Process and fulfill orders for an e-commerce and retail ski resort using inventory software, manage stock, and maintain warehouse organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Hourly wage, adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading or unpacking it, stocking shelves, maintaining organized storage areas, and preparing and delivering products throughout the resort. Works in warehouses, stockrooms, restaurants, outdoor storage, and other storage facilities. This position involves heavy lifting and operating a box truck to transport food, beverage, retail products, supplies, trash, and staff to and from resort locations and off-premise outlets. This team member will also assist resort locations as needed with cleaning, organizing, stocking, snow removal, and other operational support.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Accept delivered packages and verify that quantities and products received are correct
- Unload merchandise and organize incoming products in the appropriate storage areas
- Stock shelves with received products and rotate stock properly and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Pick, prepare, pack, label, and stage food, beverage, retail products, and supplies for transport
- Operate a pallet jack and other approved equipment to lift and move products safely
- Safely operate a box truck for scheduled deliveries and pickups throughout the resort
- Transport food, beverage, retail products, supplies, trash, and staff as assigned
- Assist with deliveries to Food & Beverage outlets, retail locations, and other resort departments
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the distribution center, loading dock, vehicles, and storage areas
- Maintain the integrity of food storage areas and follow applicable food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure equipment and supplies are maintained in good, clean, and safe operating condition
- Shovel snow and maintain safe access to walkways, loading areas, and delivery points as needed
- Provide superior service to internal and external customers at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, resort departments, vendors, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems
- Assist other areas of the resort as needed during peak and holiday periods
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
